Our luxury and vintage car towing process utilizes ratchet straps and nylon bridles, which are woven through the wheels, creating a snug harness to protect and secure these vehicles with even, steady pressure during pickup, transportation and delivery (no chains or other materials are used that may cause scratches).

Sports cars are low to the ground, with some parts that are not easily replaceable and are more prone to damage. Even incorrect towing (some forms of tow trucks can damage a car’s bumper, its undercarriage, the suspension or even the transmission) isn’t always covered by insurance.
Our flatbed (tilt-tray) tow trucks pull your car onto a low-angle ramp, and we use soft tie-downs such as nylon straps or wheel nets to lift the vehicle completely off the ground and secure it without touching the body, wheels or frame — preventing scratches, dents and all strains on mechanical parts.

No — no chains or metal hooks on exotic cars. We can tie down the vehicle using the wheels, wheel nets, or a nylon bridle assembly around the wheels/rims/lifting points. The chassis is tubular, as found on full-size cars.

We have the most advanced pilot operator training in the industry. We make extra effort to use soft tie-downs when bringing those vulnerable parts into contact, and to ensure a better fit during loading/unloading to avoid potential damage.
We can talk about arrangements depending on what’s needed — especially if transportation is long-distance and/or the vehicle in question is high-value, which could include using enclosed trailers or adding extra protective measures (inquire when you’re on the phone). The price may vary based on: miles, fan condition (operating or inoperative), season of the year, market price, etc. Exotic car towing is generally more expensive than regular towing, as it involves extra care and more machinery.
Yes — if we can’t get to it or the car is inoperable, at a minimum, a fee may apply for inconvenience/tow/winch/dollies/ people power. We are always clear about these kinds of scenarios and proceed with them before the fact.
When you call, give them your location, the year and model of the car (especially if it’s an exotic or heavily modified), its condition (drivable or not), any special items on it (low clearance, body kits, custom rims), and where to. Please let us know in advance (enclosed transport, pickup timing, etc.) so we can arrange the proper equipment.
