Special Services
Our jobs don’t just entail towing. Our staff is trained for specialized jobs – in emergency recovery, freight management, traffic control services … for instance, we can transfer your cargo to another truck, overnight storage of your assets, or even make special arrangements for delivery as per your needs.
Our Recovery Team has access to labor, equipment and trades required for emergency jobs. For example, we can provide pilot trucks for wide loads, boom trucks for lifting, and skid steer equipment for ditch clean-up or load transfers. We help to load & unload vehicles from trailers. We can also lift trailers that have sunk.
Our team will make sure the resources are delivered, and the job is done as efficiently as possible. Please call our Dispatch team for more information: 403-470-8697!

Frequently Asked Questions
Enclosed secure storage means your vehicle or equipment will be parked and stored in a safe, locked building, such as a traditional self-storage unit.
Outdoor secure self-storage refers to stored items maintained in a safe, fenced or controlled lot — an option for larger vehicles, trailers, or equipment that might not fit indoors but still need protection.
You’ll need to include make/model, size and whether it is running or disabled. From there, we will confirm capacity (as well as whether indoor or outdoor storage is suitable, though some larger equipment is outdoor-only) and proceed.
Yes – we provide rolling-on/rolling-off services for tractors, trailers, and heavy equipment. We use heavy-duty equipment; we can manage any load. We offer safe loading and unloading for tow trucks, trailers, and storage.
You need traffic control whenever a job will affect public roads or traffic flow: accident recovery, on- and off-loading vehicles at a job site within the street, moving wide-loads, and anything for which crews & equipment have to be in part of the roadway.
Yes — We offer emergency recovery, cleanup, and hauling services for disabled vehicles, accidents, rollovers, water recovery (vehicles in water), or other events where a rapid, professional response is needed.
Water vehicle recovery is the process of recovering vehicles that are partially or fully submerged in water (e.g., ditches, ponds, lakes). It involves specialized equipment and trained professionals to safely recover, secure, and remove submerged or partially submerged vehicles. This is included in our special services packages.
Yes – for wide or oversize loads that need a little TLC (or legal escort), we provide pilot/escort service with a guide car to lead you along the route, alerting traffic and monitoring safety.
Pilot cars are usually required for towing wide/tall, long, or overweight vehicles, or structures that exceed specified width/height/length limits, to warn the travelling public of a potential danger or abnormal situation.
Yes – we’re able to provide crane service (or boom-truck services) for heavy lifting of items and equipment, heavy machinery lifts, blue-moves, or recovery jobs (upright rollovers, etc.).
Rates are determined by the service (storage, recovery, crane, pilot car) required and/or the time necessary to provide it. Service rates are flat rates for time-on-call service labour. Fees charged may be itemized or paid through towing and recovery fee schedules.
Yes — we’re perfect for both private and commercial clients, such as fleets, contractors, or any business requiring storage (our trailers are dry and weatherproof!), equipment hauling, cargo transfers, emergency recovery, or oversize transport.

Yes – for grossly oversized loads beyond our equipment limits, unsafe site conditions (e.g., hazardous ground or water recovery conditions), lack of necessary permits/clearances, or if safety cannot be guaranteed, we may refuse or suggest an alternative.
Yes – our operators are skilled in heavy towing, recovery, load-securement, crane/lift operations, traffic control, and special-load handling, in compliance with industry safety standards for safety and environmental responsibility.
