Frequently Asked Questions

We pull all kinds of trailers - utility, equipment, cargo and storage, flatbeds, container trailers, heavy haul and specialized and or customized trailers based on varying payload sizes or customer expectations.

Yes — we can pull up to both empty and loaded trailers. For loaded trailers, we will need estimates of weight and contents to haul and equip safely.

At the time of your call, be sure you have the pickup and destination locations; trailer type and size; whether empty or loaded (weight/content if known); conditions at both ends; and a need for loading or unloading assistance.

Depending on how large, heavy and loaded the trailer is — yes, we do oversized or overweight trailers. We will evaluate the weight, transport route, and required permits for lawful hauls.

Possibly — if a trailer is larger or heavier than the local/provincial limits, special (oversize/overweight) permits may be required. We’ll handle that process if needed to be compliant.

We have all types of haul truck/trailers (flatbed, lowbed, heavy trailers, etc.) and provide safe and securement gear (chains/straps, etc.) to ensure the trailer/load is adequately secured for transportation.

We carefully inspect and secure the load — heavy-duty tie-downs, chains or straps as necessary, proper bracing, and balance are among our priorities. We adhere to industry best practices to prevent any  shifting or load relocation during transit.

Yes – we do long-hauls with our trailers and can even cover city-to-city or provincial deliveries, provided that your order has all the necessary logistics/licensing in place.

Prices vary based on several factors: the size and weight of the trailer, whether it's empty or loaded, the distance to the transport location, the difficulty of pickup/drop-off (how accessible it is or what’s required to load/unload), and whether any special permits or equipment are involved.

Yes — we can assist when you are loading or unloading the moving trailer service. Huge, heavy, or unwieldy objects may require additional help to lift/move, or special tools.

We look at the trailer's structure, axles, wheels/tires, lights, and brakes (if equipped). Load securement is good to go, ensuring both the vehicle towing/hauling and the combined unit comply with all local and state regulations and safety standards.

Yes — for wider, taller or heavier trailers, we carefully route the delivery (including avoiding low bridges, narrow roads and weight-restricted bridges), may require escort vehicles or pilot cars, and may require any permits needed to adhere to transport regulations.

Check that the trailer is not overloaded, that all contents are tied or secured, that anything loose has been removed or secured, that access to your trailer is unobstructed and clear, and that you have given us accurate load info, including dimensions.

Yes — we have the capability and equipment to haul a variety of specialized trailers, including flatbeds, container trailers, heavy-haul trailers, and more!

Yes – we would be unable to pick up a trailer if an inspection indicates it has structural damage, is overloaded over the safe/permit limit, if the brakes (if equipped) or lights are defective, or if access at the pickup/drop-off location is restricted (for example: too narrow or unstable ground and enough clearance).

Trailers (in many jurisdictions) must be licensed with a licence plate; if the trailer's gross weight exceeds specific weights, brakes may have to be independently certified. Plus, the towing/haul vehicle itself must be appropriately rated and within the weight/height/width limits for the combination.

Yes — we do have insurance and liability coverage while the trailer is in transit. We do recommend that the client check out their own cargo insurance as well.

It will depend on our current demand, the size/weight of the trailer, and route logistics—but we aim to be as flexible as possible with scheduling, so we are often able to make last-minute hauls feasible, particularly if they’re local or a standard-size load.

We apply the same securement techniques that the professionals use to reduce risk. But we recommend the customers check their load balance before towing. Liability can also be mitigated if the movement is caused by poor loading by a client.

Contact us with: trailer type & size, whether the load is empty or loaded (with weight estimate), pick-up and drop-off addresses, access conditions at both ends, and whether loading/unloading assistance is required. With that information, we’ll give a precise, honest quote.
